Products
We sell graded and ungraded trading cards and related collectibles. All products are described as accurately as possible, including their condition and grading. As collectibles are unique items, slight variations in appearance may occur.
Prices
All prices are stated in the currency shown at checkout and include any taxes where required by law. Shipping costs, where applicable, are displayed separately before you complete your order. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and to change prices at any time before an order is placed.
Orders and conclusion of contract
By placing an order, you make a binding offer to purchase the selected products. A contract of sale is concluded once we confirm your order or dispatch the goods. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in the event of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or where stock is unavailable.
Availability
All products are subject to availability. If an item you have ordered is unavailable, we will notify you and offer a suitable alternative or a full refund.
Payment

Delivery

We take care to describe the condition, grading and authenticity of each item as accurately as possible. If an item is found not to be as described, please contact us and we will make it right in accordance with your statutory rights.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from any sale is limited to the value of the products purchased. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
