All Sales Are Final
Elite Grade Collectibles sells factory-sealed trading card products. Because the value of sealed product depends entirely on it staying untouched and in its original factory condition, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, market price changes, or the contents of packs and boxes once purchased.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged in transit, is missing an item, or is not the product you ordered, we will make it right. To qualify:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@elitegradecollectibles.shop with your order number.
- Include clear photos of the outer shipping box, the packaging and the item, showing the damage or issue.
- Keep the product sealed and unopened, with all original packaging and shipping materials, until we have reviewed your claim.
Once your claim is approved, we will send a replacement of the same item if available. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Opened Product
Products that have been opened, unsealed or tampered with after delivery cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. We do not guarantee the contents of any pack, box or case, including specific cards, hits or pulls.
Cancellations
You may request to cancel an order before it ships by emailing us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is refused, returned to us as undeliverable, or not collected from the carrier, we will issue a refund for the product price once the sealed item is back in our possession and inspected. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
